Watercolor on paper of birch trees, signed Mary Larchar. Framed in Delaware. Although not listed, similar pieces with the same signature have been sold from an estate in New jersey with the exact same signature appraised at $500 to $1,000. The skill and technique is evident in the use of the detailed brush stroke and even in the little pond reflecting the tree in the water.
