Lauren Wingert (Born 1986) American, (3) Art Glass Vases. Two are matching bowling-pin shapes in yellow with a red rim, and no visible signature. The third is a squat jack-in-the-pulpit, also in a vibrant yellow, signed along the bottom edge.

Lauren Wingert was born in 1986 in Santa Monica, California, first taking glassblowing classes in 2006 in college before moving to Oregon to participate in further glass seminars at the University of Oregon. She built her first hot shop in Albany, Oregon and quickly gained regional fame for her intricate hand-blown glass miniatures, garden flowers, and paperweights. Operating under her own studio brand, Sneak Peek Glass LLC, her colorful outdoor yard art installations were highly celebrated as the lead artist for the Art in the Garden event at the Oregon Garden. Since 2011 she has become more reclusive, preferring to work on commission rather than participating in group exhibitions, although she authored the book “Backyard Glassblowing” in 2014 and is still represented by Gallery Calapooia and the Ashland Artisans Emporium.
