Abraham Hulk Jr. (1851-1922) was a British-born painter of Dutch descent, recognized for his atmospheric landscapes and marine scenes. Following his father, the maritime artist Abraham Hulk Sr., he developed a keen eye for capturing the light and movement of the sea. Working primarily in oils, Hulk Jr. painted tranquil harbor views, rustic riverscapes, and coastal scenes often featuring small boats and fishermen. His style blended naturalistic detail with a soft, romantic sensibility, making his evocative works highly sought after today.
