Vintage Scott Aviation Corp 6380 Series Demand Respirator for Bureau of Mines. The visibility shield bears the company name at top, with cinchable straps all around to anchor the piece securely to the head. The hose connects to the chestpiece regulator, which bears a date on the back of 1961 (with a cure date of 2061, making it still viable) and an informative label on the front including the type (C) and serial number.
