Tom and Bob Bennett were acclaimed twin American sculptors famous for their pioneering contributions to modern bronze art throughout the late 20th Century, born within minutes of each other in 1928 in Roseville, California. Operating out of Bennett Sculpture in their hometown, the brothers revolutionized fine art production by founding their own foundry to oversee every step of the lost-wax casting process. Their signature style blended fluid, stylized realism with striking polished surfaces, capturing themes of grace, human form, dancers, and majestic wildlife. Together, they built an international following, earning commissions for prestigious corporate awards, international events, and fine art galleries worldwide. Though both brothers passed away (Bob in 2003 and Tom in 2022) their distinctive bronze aesthetic continues to be celebrated by collectors for its elegant harmony of movement and metalcraft, with Tom’s daughter Terrie and Bob’s daughter Ashley both accomplished bronze artists in their own right.
