Stefanie von Trauttweiller (née Dolinar, 1892-1976) was an Austrian painter celebrated for her interiors, landscapes, genre scenes, and particularly still lifes of native flowers and fruits. Born in Mödling, Austria, she pursued formal artistic education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and studied under several notable professors, including the floral painter Camilla Göbl-Wahl. She married Major General Josef Trauttweiller in 1913 and adopted the simplified professional name Stefanie von Trauttweiller for her work. Following her husband's death in 1942 she continued her painting career professionally to support herself due to a low widow’s pension, and became a member of prominent art societies in Vienna who exhibited her works frequently before and after her death in Graz, having spent nearly her entire life in her home country.
