Meredith Kuntzsch is a self-taught visual artist originally from Midland, Michigan, who later relocated to Lago Vista, Texas. She works primarily in dry-pigment pastels on paper and mixed media on canvas, and occasionally explores sculpture in organic and inorganic materials, creating compositions marked by bold, contrasting color palettes, thoughtful texture, and a distinctive visual language that reimagines ordinary forms through expressive abstraction and atmospheric landscapes. Before turning to fine art full-time, she earned a BA in Marketing Communications from Michigan State University, worked in Chicago in advertising and design, and led her own marketing communications and design firm. After a personal life shift, she refocused on art and began showing her work in galleries, museum exhibitions, and juried art festivals across the United States, with pieces now appearing in both private and corporate collections domestically and internationally.
