Gertrude Fay Lothrop (Born 1880) American, Oil on Canvas Painting of a Young Girl Holding Her Doll. Lothrop exhibited at the society of independent artists in New York City in 1917. Signed with initials. Retains partial exhibition label on the reverse. Lothrop was a painter and an illustrator. She is known for portraits and interiors listed in all major references.
