Frank Milner lived in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1960s. He was a member of the Marin Society of Artists, exhibiting with them in 1966. He painted abstract still lifes which were shown at the Braunstein/Quay Gallery, a leading modern art gallery in the hear of the city in the 1960s and 70s.
