Florence Y.C. Law, born in 1956 in Hong Kong, is an artist known for her abstract oil paintings that blend traditional Chinese techniques with Western composition. In her youth, she studied both traditional Chinese painting and Western methods, resulting in artworks rich in color and bold in conception. Law skillfully uses the painting knife to create dynamic textures in her pieces. Her works often depict scenes of Hong Kong, capturing the vibrancy of urban life. Original paintings by Law have been featured in various art listings and auctions, reflecting her recognition in the art community.
