Christopher A. Pardell (born 1957) is an American sculptor renowned for his detailed and lifelike bronze and mixed-media works depicting Native American figures and historical scenes. Beginning his artistic journey at the age of four, Pardell was influenced by the works of sculptors such as Charles Marion Russell, Frederic Remington, and Auguste Rodin. He pursued his passion for realism by apprenticing as a moldmaker with Italian master artisans, which he considers his "real education in art." Notably, Pardell creates his sculptures without preliminary sketches, working directly in three dimensions to achieve the intricate detail and authenticity that characterize his pieces. His works are part of the "Legends" series, with notable pieces including "Esteemed Warrior," "Defending The People," and "The Tables Turned." Pardell's sculptures are highly valued by collectors, with auction prices ranging from $10 to over $3,000, depending on the size and medium of the artwork.
