Baume & Mercier Formula Chronograph Stainless Steel Wrist Watch. Double-locking fold-over clasp on chain. Unique black, green, and teal color-scheme. Likely produced between 1990 and 1999.

Baume & Mercier is a Swiss luxury watchmaker founded in 1830 by brothers Louis-Victor and Célestin Baume in Les Bois, Switzerland. The brand assumed its modern name in 1918 when William Baume partnered with Paul Mercier in Geneva, later pioneering iconic designs like the Riviera and Hampton collections. Today, as one of the oldest continuously operating watch manufacturers, the company remains celebrated for its accessible luxury and high-performance in-house engineering like the Baumatic movement.
