William Dacres Adams (1864-1951) United Kingdom, signed lower left. Fantastic oil on panel, town/village street scene. Painter who studied at Radley College and Oxford University and art at Sir Hubert Herkomer’s Bushey School of Art and in Germany. Adams was a member of NPS and showed extensively at Fine Art Society as well as Leicester Galleries, with Ridley Art Club and RA. Lived in London, then Lewes, Sussex.
