Vinnie Nylon (born Vincent O’Connell in 1969 in Kent, England) is a British street artist and graffiti pioneer whose vibrant, character-driven work has made him a respected figure in the urban art scene since the mid-1980s. He draws on influences from punk, skate culture, post-war advertising, cartoons and modern art history, creating a distinctive visual language filled with bold colours, dynamic forms and iconic figures such as his “Soda Pops” and “Keefbobs,” which have appeared on walls, canvases and prints in the UK, Japan and beyond. Over a career of nearly four decades, Nylon has shown internationally in solo and group exhibitions, worked with major brands and publishers, and developed an eclectic body of work that bridges graffiti, pop culture and contemporary street art while building a global collector base.
