Val Dwek (20th C) American, Decoupage Lamp. Val Dwek is an artist, teacher and life-long lover of the arts. As a child she sketched the contradictory colors and rhythms of the world around her. She is a member of the Long Beach Art League in New York, the International Society of Experimental Artists (“ISEA”), ArtCenter Sarasota, Sarasota, Florida and the Artists’ Guild of Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Florida. She has been an Instructor of Decoupage at the Selby Gardens, Instructor of Mixed Media at Long Beach Arts Center, and Instructor of Furniture Painting at The Isabel O’Neil School in New York. She is represented at the Art & More Gallery located in the Island Mail & More Business Center in Holmes, Beach, Florida.
