Tony Robbin (born November 24, 1943, in Washington, D.C.) is an American artist and author renowned for his work in painting, sculpture, and computer visualizations. A prominent figure in the Pattern and Decoration movement, Robbin has dedicated his career to exploring four-dimensional geometry through art. His innovative approach integrates complex geometric patterns and vivid colors to create multidimensional visual experiences. Robbin's work has been exhibited in over 25 solo shows since his debut at the Whitney Museum of American Art in 1974, and he has authored several books, including "Fourfield: Computers, Art, & the 4th Dimension" and "Shadows of Reality." Additionally, he is a pioneer in the computer visualization of four-dimensional figures, developing real-time rotation programs that provide intuitive insights into complex geometries.
