Steven V. Correia (born 1949) is an American glass artist and sculptor from San Diego, California. He is known for recreating techniques used by Louis Comfort Tiffany to create iridescent lustres on art glass. He earned degrees from San Diego State University, the University of Hawaii, and the University of California, Los Angeles. In 1973, he and his wife, Patricia, established Correia Art Glass, which became an important influence in the modern glass movement. His hand-blown glass works are featured in numerous public collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Corning Museum. In the late 2000s, he shifted his focus to large-scale environmental kinetic light sculptures and audio and visual performance art that combines laser light, movement, and illusion. He continues to work from his home studio in Santa Monica, while his children, Algerine and Jeffrey, now run Correia Art Glass.
