Stephen Wm C. Douglas Rudder (1906–1932) was an American painter, illustrator, and printmaker active in Indiana. He specialized in etchings—often limited editions—depicting architectural and landscape subjects such as the skyline of Venice, which surfaced in 20th-century Florida estate auctions. Rudder studied at the Art Students League in New York and exhibited work through regional circles, though his life was cut short in his mid-twenties.
