Stephen Holland (Born 1941) is an American artist best known for his dynamic, large-scale portraits of legendary athletes, music icons, and pop-culture figures. Educated in New York City, he developed a distinctive style characterized by aggressive brushwork, bold colors, and dramatic contrast that captures the grit and action of his subjects. Named 1993 Sport Artist of the Year by the American Sport Art Museum and Archives, his iconic imagery has been widely reproduced in prints and featured in official sports commissions.
