Set of 19th Century Sterling Silver-Mounted Decanters.
The first is a whiskey decanter with panels around the bottom depicting scenes of a party in a courtyard. One is of two musicians, another of two figures toasting goblets of wine, another of two people dancing, and the last of a woman pouring something into a large pitcher. Surrounding the panels are decorative scroll works with a flower motif. The stopper also has figures and decorative work surrounding it, it also has some minor chips which are commensurate with age.
The second is a whiskey decanter with panels around the bottom depicting scenes of a party in a courtyard. This one only has two panel variations: two figures toasting goblets of wine, another of two people dancing. Surrounding the panels are decorative scroll works with a flower motif. The stopper is missing for this decanter.
Size: 5 1/2 x 3 1/4 x 9 1/4 in. Largest.
