Scott Jacobs (born 1958 in Cranford, New Jersey) is a renowned American photorealist painter celebrated for his meticulous depictions of motorcycles, classic cars, wine, and reflective surfaces. In 1993, he became the first officially licensed artist for Harley-Davidson, a milestone that propelled his career and led to collaborations with brands like Chevrolet (Corvette division), Hot Wheels, and the estates of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley . Jacobs' journey into art began in high school, working at a framing store and later operating his own gallery from a van. After a hiatus, his wife Sharon gifted him painting supplies in 1989, reigniting his passion. His hyper-realistic style, characterized by intricate details and the use of fine brushes, has earned him acclaim worldwide, with works displayed on over 100 cruise ships and in 40 museums . Beyond painting, Jacobs is an entrepreneur, owning the Jacobs Gallery and Jacobs Brewhouse & Grocer in Deadwood, South Dakota, ventures that reflect his commitment to art and community.
