Samuel Leitman A. W. S. (1908-1981) NY, Watercolor titled "Back Street - Sesiembre". Signed lower left. Exhibition label verso. New York and New England watercolor artist who was a member of the American Watercolor Society (corresponding secretary), the Salamagundi Club (teacher), and studied with Goldthwaite and Klonis at the SSL and Pellow and Whitney at the NAD. Winner of many medals at AWS exhibitions 1955-1975.
