Rose Oceana is a long-time artist, dancer, and performer, as well as a trained somatic educator whose work integrates creative practice with body-based healing. Drawing on her own lived experience of early childhood trauma, she describes her artistic and therapeutic practice as a lifelong process of reconnecting with the body’s wisdom, sensory awareness, and creative capacity. Through somatic and expressive modalities offered to both adults and children, Oceana focuses on helping clients rebuild trust in their embodied experience, cultivate self-acceptance, and access a greater sense of freedom and authenticity. She frames her work as both personal exploration and professional practice, emphasizing embodiment as a pathway toward healing, integration, and aliveness.
