This is Outsider Art by Robyn Beverland, an American artist from Oldsmar, Florida. He lived next to his parents and had a rare disease called Wolfrand Syndrome, which left him blind in one eye and only partially sighted in the other. He also had diabetes and cerebral palsy and depended on the Bible, his family, and art to sustain himself. He painted from his own experience and used house paint, plywood or cardboard to create his art. He was self-taught and painted elephants, angels, Adam and Eve, the Statue of Liberty, and Uncle Sam.
