Marked on underside. Ornate design throughout. Twisted design in middle. Gilt finish. Double sided with a perforated olive spoon and a condiment/garnish fork.

Originally founded in the 1860's, successors to T.C. Garrett, uncle to Samuel Biddle. The firm later became Robbins, Clark, & Biddle and in 1894, they merged wth Baily & Co. to become Baily, Banks, & Biddle.
