Peter Robert Keil, born August 6, 1942, in Züllichau, Germany, is a renowned German painter and sculptor known for his vibrant and expressive works. After moving to West Berlin with his family following World War II, Keil studied under painter Otto Nagel and attended the Berlin University of the Arts. Influenced by Expressionism and the Berlin Art Scene of the 1960s, he developed a distinctive style characterized by bold colors and dynamic forms. Keil's works often explore themes of human emotion and social critique. Throughout his career, he has exhibited internationally and remains an influential figure in contemporary art.
