Signed again in pen on the back of the frame, along with the number 14 in a circle and a short bio of the artist from River's Edge Gallery taped to it.

Patricia Izzo was born on September 22nd, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan, and received her degree in Art from Northern Michigan University, with an assistantship in her Masters of Arts Program. She worked in fine art photography, film, painting, and experimental medium, creating pieces shown internationally. Twice awarded the Gold Medal of the State of Michigan Photographic Competition, her works are found in numerous collections including in permanent displays at the Detroit Institute of the Arts, the University of Michigan Museum, and the Mira Godard Center at Ryerson University in Ontario, Canada. She passed away on February 12th, 2021 at her home in Wyandotte, Michigan.
