Pastor Herrera Berrios was born in 1961 in Oruro, Bolivia. In 1983, he graduated from the School of Plastic Arts of Oruro. In 1987 he began his studies with Master complementary Ponciano Cardenas in Buenos Aires Argentina. In 1990 Graduated from the College of Fine Arts "Ernesto De La Carcova of Buenos Aires." Continues to win awards for painting.
