Made by the Paul Hanson Lighting Company, which was founded in the 1920s in New York and ceased operations some time in the 1970s. Lamps by this maker are good quality and popular with collectors, especially those lamps in the Hollywood Regency and Chinoiserie styles from the 1940s through the 1960s. The base of your lamp appears to be blue opalene glass with metal fittings.
