Gipar S.r.l. (formerly Gipar S.n.c. di Parrini) is an Italian manufacturer and decorator of artistic glassware, ceramics, and home decor items based near Florence (Montespertoli), Italy. Emerging after World War II from the collaboration of numerous Tuscan glassmakers, they established themselves by the late 1950s as a master studio specializing in hand-decorated pieces, often featuring gold leaf accents, intricate painting, etching, and classical Italian motifs. Originally supplying wholesale distribution solely across Italy, Gipar broadened its reach internationally in the 1990s, becoming an exporter of luxury Tuscan glass craftsmanship to global collectors and home decor markets, and remains an integral part of the trade group Consorzio Centrovetro Empoli today.
