Norman Rockwell (1894 - 1978) N.Y. Lithograph. Signed lower right. Numbered 13/750. Rockwell began his illustrious career with immediate success when he painted Christmas cards, for his first commission, at age sixteen, and illustrated his first book one year later. Rockwell studied at the NAD and ASL in NYC. In 1915 he established a studio with Clyde Forsythe in New Rochelle, NY and painted the first of 322 covers for Saturday Evening Post.
