Noal Betts (20th C) California. 1973 signed watercolor, titled "Indigo Portals", exhibited at the Humboldt Galleries, San Francisco. Titled and dated on the original label on the back. Provenance: A San Francisco Bay Area Private Collection.
Noal Betts was a watercolor artist and designer. He is known for travel posters and tapestry design. Several of his watercolors have been made into tapestries.
