Nepalese Buddha sculpture with hands in the characteristic mudra of Dhyani Buddha Amitabha and his Shakti. Amitabha is the oldest among the Dhyani Buddhas and is believed to transform lust into red discriminating wisdom. The sculpture features pendulous earlobes that extend to the shoulders, serene gazing eyes, and is believed to be handcrafted from copper in Nepal.
