Modern David Wilson Abstract Sculpture. Titled Rockn Auger. Information plate on the base says "ROCKN AUGER. David Wilson. Wil-Math Metal Art Studio. 2011". Abstract sculpture with a purple colored swirl shape similar to an auger. Rock is in the circle at the top. In as is condition, rust is showing near the bottom. Some lifting of the paint at the base.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, David Wilson first became intrigued by the concept of recycling metals and stone into art after a visit to a gallery in Soho in 1994. He specializes in EnviroArt, bringing an artistic flair to environmental sustainability, building sculptural collages from scrap steel, metal, stone and other media. David has been commissioned to create sculptures for various personal and business clients, with public pieces included in a hospital in Missouri and various parks in Illinois and Florida, where he now resides in the Gulf Coast city of Sarasota.
