The text states: "BELGIAN CATHOLIC LEAGUE with the TEN PROVINCES OF LOWER GERMANY, drawn righteously according to the boundaries of Lower Germany, Switzerland, and France, and thoroughly examined and presented by the accurate guidelines of astronomical and geometric observations of Callinio Snellio, Mufchenbrokio, and other knowledgeably cultivated individuals, studied and represented most diligently by Tob Maier. Published by the heirs of Homann, Henegau A. 1747 CH."
