American oil on canvas titled "Stride the Hillside Farm" and signed M. Jack in the lower right corner. It is a peaceful painting depicting a country house on the hill with a picket fence on a dirt road. There is a label verso from the Art Association of Montreal, it was exhibited in the 30th Spring Exhibition in 1913. Size: 19 1/4 x 13 1/2 in.
