LP Design Large Red Swirling Lucite Sculpture on Black Resin Base. Made to resemble the stripes in wood, one long single piece that majestically curves up, around, and in on itself. Likely produced in the 1990s, with a small label on the underside. 

Size: 26 x 12 1/2 x 33 1/2 in. 

LP Design was a company that produced large, high-gloss abstract art sculptures in wood, resin, Lucite, glass, and more in the late 1980s and early 90s. Originally based in New York City, the company went under in the late 90s, but was revived by a French artist collective in the 2010s, now producing very popular metal sculptures.
