Louise Jeanne Cottard-Fossey (1902-1983) French, Oil on Canvas. Signed lower right. Cottard-Fossey studied at the Ecole Des Beaux Arts and the Ecolde Des Arts. De Coratifs in Paris. Her works are in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in Paris. She is known for her landscapes and still lifes.
