Linda Williams (Born 1944) is an Australian Indigenous artist recognized for her traditional hand-painted artifacts, including custom-crafted boomerangs dating back to the 1960s. Growing up in Victoria before relocating to Queensland, she developed an interest in her family history through her grandmother’s stories, recollections, and artwork, which inspired her to pursue her own creative passions and showcase the Brabralung cultural heritage and storytelling traditions. Her acrylic paintings on canvas, brightly colored ceramics, and other mixed media works remain appreciated by collectors of authentic First Nations Australian art, and have been found in museums, galleries, and private collections around the world.
