This is an oil on board painting by American artist, Joe Testa Secca, signed in the lower left. His works are well-represented in private and corporate collections, primarily in the Central Florida area but throughout America as well. He taught at the University of Tampa and rose to become chairman of the art department as well as chairman of the division of fine art.
