Jeanne Garrison (October 3, 1928 – 2018) was an American artist, educator, and master cloisonné enamelist from Bradenton, Florida. A graduate of the Ringling School of Art and the University of Georgia, she began her career as a graphic artist and is credited with creating the iconic “Tropic-Ana Girl” illustration that appeared on Tropicana juice cartons for many years. Garrison became widely respected for her enamel and watercolor works, earning recognition as a juried member of the Florida Watercolor Society and receiving numerous awards. Dedicated to arts education, she taught enameling, drawing, and painting for decades at institutions including the Longboat Key Art Center and the John C. Campbell Folk School. Her artwork, including a series of enamel pieces installed at Christ Episcopal Church in Bradenton, reflects a lifelong commitment to craftsmanship, teaching, and community engagement.
