This is an oil on board painting by American artist, Harrison Rucker (b. 1930). It is depicting a woman seated at the table with wine. Harrison Rucker studied art at Richmond Professional Institute and Cleveland Institute of Art. He began his career in commercial art as an illustrator and founded High Point's first advertising art studio.
