Gisela Sanchez Tinoco is a Venezuelan-born visual artist and graphic designer, born in 1953 in Caracas and now living in Costa Rica. Trained in graphic design at the Neumann Design Institute in Caracas and later in airbrush and graphic techniques in London, she spent many years working as a freelance designer before shifting her focus more fully to painting and mixed media. Working under the name “Gisati,” she creates artworks inspired by nature, energy, transformation, and emotional balance, aiming to evoke harmony and connect with viewers on a subconscious level. Her practice blends her design background with a personal, expressive approach to fine art.
