Framed Architectural Graphite Drawing: Tudor Revival Estate.
A finely detailed 20th-century architectural drawing executed in graphite on paper, depicting a large Tudor Revival style estate surrounded by lush foliage and manicured grounds. The artwork features characteristic half-timbered details, multiple gables, stone chimneys, and multi-pane windows set within a serene landscape.Signed in the lower right corner by artist J.D. Berry. Housed in a complimenting neutral mat within a slim, beaded giltwood frame under glass.
