Federal, State, and Foreign Duck Stamps 1985-1991. This lot consists of four (4) federal duck stamps, twenty-two (22) state duck stamps, and one (1) foreign duck stamp, for a total of 27 duck stamps in all. The federal duck stamps are all unused, mint never hinged stamps that have a total face value of $40, and were issued between 1986 and 1991. The state duck stamps are all unused, mint never hinged stamps that have a total face value of $114.55, and were issued between 1985 and 1989. The foreign duck stamp comes from Australia and is an unused, mint never hinged stamp with a face value of $5 and was issued in 1989. All of them are framed and come with numbered prints that are signed by the artist who designed the stamp. There are actually 24 framed sets and three of the state duck stamp sets come with two stamps in each one, for a total of 27 duck stamps in all.
