This is a pencil and pastel sketch by Mexican artist, Fanny Rabel (1922-2008) titled "Young Boy." It is signed in the lower right. Rabel us considered to be the first modern female muralist. She was an assistant and apprentice to Diego Rivera. She has had a number of exhibitions and her work can be found in the collections in over 15 countries.
