Portrait of a boy, oil on canvas, signed upper left. Artist Enrico Campagnola was born in Venice, Italy, and studied at the Royal Academy in Rome where he obtained the professorship of sculpture at age 23. Campagnola moved to Paris in 1947, where he sculpted and made drawings and paintings. Campagnola exhibited at the Biennale in Venice amongst othere notable venues. His work has been purchased by the Municipality of Paris and by the French Government. Overall:17 1/2 x 14 1/2 in. Sight: 16 x 13 in.
