Although not formally trained, Elizabeth Decker received her B.A. from the University of South Carolina, where her emphasis was in creative writing. She has lived alternately on the East Coast and West Coast of the United States. A contemporary artist currently based in Austin, Texas, she is best known for her signature bold and brightly colored abstract faces and figures.
