Early 20th C Exceptional Kazak Gendje pattern Wool Runner, Armenian, woven in the south of the Caucasus region between Tiflis and Erevan. Gendje pattern wool rug with fair to good color.
Kazak rugs are well-recognized for their striking aesthetic, durability and highly saturated naturally-dyed color tones.
Overall good condition, commensurate with age, upper right corner has frayed slightly (see photo).
Size: 104 1/2 x 40 1/2 in.
