ALPHONSE LA PAGLIA - Meriden, CT
Alphonse La Paglia was born in Italy and worked in the 1940' for Georg Jensen Inc. 

 He emigrated to the United States in the early 1940s.   
Working for Georg Jensen USA, he initially worked as a designer for Georg Jensen USA, a renowned Danish silversmith company with a branch in the United States.

Alphonse La Paglia worked in America from the early 1940s until his death in 1953. His work spanned roughly a decade, during which he contributed to the design of silverware and other metal ware for both a prestigious international brand and a large American company.
